MUNICH-The good news for car lovers with a manual transmission. German manufacturer, BMW, announced plans to bring the manual transmission for variant M6 Coupe and M6 Cabrio.
Previously, BMW M5 also was offered with a manual transmission variant. But, BMW M5 manual is only presented for the U.S. market only. BMW M is now targeting other variants are equipped with M / T.
The plan, the BMW M6 manual transmission will be introduced in 2014. No half-hearted, two M6 Coupe and Cabriolet models will immediately get a choice of transmission.
In addition to getting a new gearbox, the BMW M6 will also have this M Carbon Ceramic Brake system. Re Mini variants already attached to the M5, which is able to provide the best braking power.
Further details about the BMW M6 manual transmission is still unknown. But, just a reminder, the BMW M6 Coupe and Convertible have a V8 engine with a capacity of 4.4 liter turbocharged. Machines capable of producing an output power of 560 horsepower.
The unit engine is mated to a dual clutch transmission seven-speed automatic. With these weapons, the BMW M6 is able to record acceleration 0-100 km / h in just 4.2 seconds.
